Session 2 Peer Learning for Women in Water

CWiW and Agenda for Change are pleased to offer a virtual session of peer learning. This is a chance to bring a work-related challenge to a small group and get feedback as well as support others with their challenges. This interactive hour-long session will put participants in small groups to allow them to learn from and share with one another about challenges in their careers or how they can take their next step.

To get the most out of this session, we recommend that you come prepared with a work-related challenge (and possibly a backup in case you change your mind on the day) that you can share with others in just 2-4 minutes. Think in advance about what the crux of the issue is: Do you want to talk to someone with more technical knowledge?

Please note interpretation in Spanish will be available for this session.

Join us for 16:00 UTC on Tuesday 26 March (9:00 Los Angeles/ 13:00 Buenos Aires / 16:00 Accra)

For both sessions, we are pleased to have Kathryn Pharr, Founder of the Community of Women in Water, sharing a bit about how peer learning works before we go into breakouts.

Kathryn Pharr started the Community of Women in Water five years ago (Jan 2019) as a way of connecting women working on water issues around the world. She has facilitated and spoken at both virtual and online events with CWiW and in her work experience including WaterAid, University of Oxford, and AGWA.
