Meet the Speakers

Chaiwe Mushauko is the CEO of CaDev_Catalyst Development, which is a social enterprise for water, sanitation, and hygiene, agribusiness, and climate change with a lens on youth and gender. Based in Zambia, Chaiwe also has experience as a consultant for clients such as the African Development Bank Group.

Olivier Mills focuses on building the AI capabilities of social impact organizations with applied AI solutions. He has 22 years of experience in tech and 18 years of experience in development and emergency contexts in Africa, Asia and the Caribbean focusing on Water, Sanitation & Hygiene/Environmental Health initiatives with an emphasis on building local capability.
