Meet the Speakers

Parvin Ngala is the Global Director for WASH at World Vision. Her past experience, of over 20 years, includes roles at UNHCR, Right to Play, and Oxfam International. She has worked in multi-sector; humanitarian and development programs in Asia, Middle East and Africa.

Josh Newton, PhD, founded Josh’s Water Jobs as way to add value to the community and mentor others on career development within the international water community. He is also an independent consultant who focuses on global political processes and governance related to water.  

Precious Ola is a process engineer at Binnies UK, which delivers, manages, and designs sustainable water, wastewater, and flood risk infrastructure, often using digital technology and nature-based solutions.  She has been an active member of the IWA UK Young Water Professionals (YWP) conference for the last 4 years including chairing in 2025.
