She has worked in academia and researched for development and water governance institutions. She is currently an independent consultant working on topics of  gender, social inclusion, agriculture and natural resource management while pursuing a side career as a professional coach. Liza offers Co-Active coaching for individuals who are interested in living a fulfilled life.
